THE TRITHEMIUS' TABLE OF PRACTICE (Version II) - A scrying table carved in solid European oak for an altar or as a portable device. Based upon the instructions within 'Johannes Trithemius - The Art Of Drawing Spirits Into Crystals' from Francis Barett's The Magus, London, 1801.' and particularly useful as a permanent summoning circle for the conjuration of spirits using this method.

Approximately 30cm diameter, 2 cm thick. Carved in solid oak. Finely waxed and polished, the darker wax creating the contrast in the carved areas, which also play with the light and shadow during ritual. This is a new, second version of this Table of Practice that I make -- my standard version has the angelic names in Hebrew, this new version has the angelic names in their more common English iteration with the orientation of the inner triangle slightly changed -- as requested by a practitioner who was more used to this form.

Beautiful grain features in this oak. Carved and hand finished. The names of the seven Planetary Angels are engraved within the outer circle in their English form, with their accompanying astrological symbols. The names of the four Princes of Spirits upin the four angles of the world are carved within the inner circle. The innermost circle is a carved inset, with the raise triangle of evocation featuring the characters of the cross, pentagram and hexagram / Yod in the corners as instructed.
